Strategic Planning and Goal Setting

We use the Constructive Change approach in to strategic planning and organizational development. This is a mission driven approach that requires leaders and other stakeholders to envision the ideal future of the organizations and develop what results need to be accomplished to realize that future. We intentionally model the process and encourage organizations to continue to use this inclusive approach.
